To open an account and use the d99999 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, consultant, agent, or contractor of d99999 or any of its affiliated companies.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an account closed for a breach of these Terms.
• You have not been diagnosed with or self-identified as having a gambling problem that would make participation on this Platform inadvisable.

By completing the registration process, you warrant and represent that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account termination.

d99999 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any point to verify your identity, age, address, or source of funds. This may include a national identity card, passport, driving licence, utility bill, or bank statement issued within the last three months. Accounts may be restricted from withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.

2.1 Account Opening

Registration is free of charge. Each eligible person may register exactly one account. d99999 uses automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where a duplicate is detected, d99999 will close the secondary account, and may close all associated accounts at its discretion. Any winnings generated via a duplicate account will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Username and Password

You are responsible for choosing a strong password and for keeping your login credentials confidential at all times. You must not share your username or password with any other person. d99999 staff will never ask you for your password. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorisation, notify us immediately at [email protected]. d99999 will not be responsible for any losses incurred as a result of your failure to keep login details secure.

2.3 Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five business days. Outstanding bonus balances that have not met the applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances will be returned to your registered payment method after any outstanding verification requirements are met.

2.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. d99999 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy fee of ৳200 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 12 months of inactivity. You may reactivate a dormant account by logging in and contacting our support team.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

d99999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and approved Bangladeshi bank transfers (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, and others as listed on the Platform). Visa and Mastercard may be available subject to processor availability. All payment methods are subject to change without prior notice.

3.2 Deposit Limits and Processing

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no standard maximum deposit limit, although individual payment processors may impose their own transaction limits. Deposits are typically credited to your d99999 account within 60 seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. 3.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• d99999 reserves the right to carry out additional security checks before approving a withdrawal. This may delay processing by up to 72 hours.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on d99999 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). d99999 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members who make their first qualifying deposit at d99999 are eligible to receive a 200% welcome bonus credited to their bonus balance. The minimum qualifying deposit to trigger the welcome bonus is ৳500. The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 30x the total of the deposit amount plus the bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be wagered within 30 calendar days of being credited, failing which it will expire and be removed from the account without notice.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the individual promotion terms.
• d99999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.

4.3 Wagering Contributions

5.1 Game Rules

In the event of a software or system malfunction during a game or bet, the round or bet will be declared void and the stake returned to the player's account. d99999 will not honour payouts resulting from a manifest error, technical glitch, or pricing error, regardless of whether the player acted in good faith. d99999 will take all reasonable steps to resolve such situations promptly and fairly.

5.4 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the d99999 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with games.
• Collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploitation of software errors, system vulnerabilities, or pricing mistakes.
• Money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or acting as an agent for other bettors.
• Arbitrage betting strategies that exploit differences between d99999 odds and those of other operators in a manner deemed abusive.

d99999's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot legally be excluded.
